At Centura we strive to give the best customer service we can! To help us serve you better below are a list of questions that may help you narrow down what you are looking for when you come in.
- Who will you be purchasing from? As a wholesale company our Showroom is open to the public for viewing, however we do not sell directly to the public.
- Do you have a price point or budget you would like to stay within?
- Have you been given a standard price from your builder or contractor?
- Where is the product you are looking for going to be used?
- Is there a lot of traffic? little traffic? Is it going outside?
- What is the product going to be installed on? – do you plan on putting down a new subfloor? Is it going overtop of existing flooring?
- When are you hoping to complete the project? Although most of our product is in-stock, we do have some special order products - they usually run approximately 2-3 week delivery times
- Are you installing a shower? Do you need a tile for your shower floor, or a sill for the glass door? A shampoo niche?
In order to make your showroom visit as beneficial as possible, we have comprised a list of some things that you may want to bring with you!
- Countertop samples
- Cabinet samples
- Any paints, or fabrics you plan on using in the space
- Floor plans
- Photos of the current space, or of ideas you like from magazines, online etc.
