TOPROFILE is the new electric chamfering machine offered by Montolit, the tile and slab profiling system for processing edges and side edges that allows jolly cuts, bevel, and radius profiles on ceramic, porcelain, and any stone material, easily and safely.

With TOPROFILE, to make perfect Jollies simply place the slide plate (made of scratch-resistant plastic material) on the surface of the large tile or slab, start the motor and slide the machine along the edge, when the diamond wheel has finished removing all the necessary material, the job will be finished flawlessly. There are no size limits, in fact, being the chamfering machine itself to run along the edge of the material to be shaped, no matter whether it is a small tile or a slab, TOPROFILE will perform its “duty” perfectly, without soiling, thanks to the provision for vacuum cleaner made on the casing.

Light weight and small size make this tile profiling system easy to handle and convenient to transport; out of the package just plug it into the socket and off you go–the machine is ready to use.

The special diamond tools designed for dry use are available to make not only the Jolly profile (medium and fine diamond grit) but also bevel (5mm and 3mm) and radius (3, 5 and 10mm), interchangeable in seconds without adjustment.
